GadrCore provides tools for member management, dues collections, broadcast communications, event records, and executive handover workflows.
You agree to use GadrCore only for lawful purposes in accordance with local regulations and these Terms. You must not use the platform for unauthorized fundraising, fraudulent schemes, or unsolicited spam messaging.
Zero Upfront Subscription: Creating and configuring an organization on GadrCore is free. There are no mandatory monthly recurring base fees unless explicitly subscribed to enterprise add-ons.
Transaction Fee: GadrCore applies a 5% platform fee on successfully processed dues, donations, pledges, and event registrations.
Payouts & Disbursements: Collected funds are disbursed to the organization’s verified Mobile Money wallet or bank account in accordance with the organization’s configured signatory approval thresholds.
Organizations maintain autonomy over their member rosters and financial ledgers. When executive officers transition out of office, administrative roles and wallet permissions must be formally transferred via GadrCore’s verified handover protocols to safeguard group assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GadrCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network disruptions from telecommunication providers, or unauthorized access to credentials by users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
